Celebrating Women in Construction

On the 30th November 2018, our director Sarra Hawes, having been nominated, was awarded as runner up in the Purple Brick category run by the Sussex Business Women Excellence Awards. This award recognised women in the construction and building industry.

The awards were organised by Faisa Shafeek from Carrot Events and held at the Brighton Metropole Hotel. The headline sponsor was Propellernet and the award was presented by Councillor Dee Simson who is the current Mayor of Brighton & Hove.

“A great night with many inspiring and successful women, I felt very humbled and honoured to win this award, I hope to raise awareness and encourage young women into the building industry”
