Hawes Help Santa at Polegate Christmas Event
On Friday 30th November, Father Christmas made a special stop on his annual pre-Christmas UK tour, to Polegate in East Sussex.
Santa planned to greet the local children and invite them all to tell him their Christmas lists in time for his deliveries, however, he had nowhere to sit!
Luckily, local building contractor Hawes were on hand to build a safe and comfortable grotto in time for his arrival. Phew!
I am so pleased that I got to meet the children of Polegate in my lovely grotto that Hawes kindly built for me. They really are a trusty bunch, I’m thinking of asking them to carry out the workshop extension I was planning for 2019…
