The Brief

• This project was undertaken on a period property which is part of the Glyndebourne Estate.
• The property was very old and had been empty for a while, and the estate wanted to rent the property out for new tenants.
• The task of Hawes Construction Group was to refurbish and modernise the property to bring it up to date, so that it is suitable for new tenants.

Our Solution

• We completed a full refurbishment of the property, including carpentry works, plastering, and installation of new windows.
• We completely overhauled the house, reconfigured the internal layout, and fitted brand new bathrooms.
• We collaborated with the estate’s own mechanical and electrical teams to complete the works.

The Result

• We delivered a fully refurbished house, which was fit for purpose and ready to become a home for new tenants.
• The property is now perfect for the rental market, with stunning views over the Glyndebourne Estate.
• The client was very happy with our work and the smooth running of the project.
