The Brief

Full internal refurbishment and strip-out project to transform an existing residential cottage into an ancillary two-form entry educational nursery facility.

The scope of works includes:

Comprehensive refurbishment of both ground and first floor areas
External landscaping alterations to improve functionality and accessibility
Installation of a covered, ramped walkway to enhance safe and inclusive access

Our Solution

This was a quick 12 week turnaround project and we are pleased to have reached practical completion ready for the start of the new school year.

The Result

The site comprises a two-storey vacant cottage with a private garden, located adjacent to the existing nursery facilities which will create an exciting opportunity to expand and enhance the educational environment.
