The Brief

Full internal refurbishment and strip-out project to transform an existing residential cottage into an ancillary two-form entry educational nursery facility.

The scope of works includes:

• Comprehensive refurbishment of both ground and first floor areas
• External landscaping alterations to improve functionality and accessibility
• Installation of a covered, ramped walkway to enhance safe and inclusive access

The site comprises a two-storey vacant cottage with a private garden, located adjacent to the existing nursery facilities which will create an exciting opportunity to expand and enhance the educational environment.
