The Brief

Creation of a new loft room through the conversion of the existing roof space, incorporating a new uPVC window and sun tunnel to provide ample natural light. The completed works will deliver a bright, welcoming and versatile room, adding valuable living accommodation to the property.

Our Solution

• We have installed a new stair case to allow access.
• Chimney has been removed
• Insulation has been installed to the loft room and roof space in accordance with current building regulations where applicable
• New Velux windows have been fitted
