The Brief

• We are currently undertaking works to this lovely mid-terrace Victorian cottage in a conservation area of Meads Village.
• Our team will be refurbishing and decorating the property throughout

Our Solution

• Reconfigure and refurbish the kitchen/dining room with the addition of a glass extension
• Reconfigure and refurbish the bathroom
• Bringing the front door of the house forward and giving more internal hallway/entrance space
• Upgrades to radiators
• New wood flooring throughout to replace existing pine floor boards
• New tiling in bathroom
• Central pendant light fittings will need to be replaced in living room, dining room, hallway, ‘additional’ storm porch entranceway, stairs and landing.
• Some windows to have shutters
