The Brief

• We were approached to undertake the phased replacement of the air handling units and Building Management Systems across four leisure centres along the South Coast
• Additional external & internal repairs were required at Downs Leisure Centre in Seaford

Our Solution

• Our planned approach had to take into account the leisure centres still operating while we undertook our works
• We were able to ensure classes and swimming pools remained operational while our operatives and subcontractors completed their works safely
• To enable a consistent approach to all four sites, we ensured the same Site Manager was available across the projects.
• We also secured specialist subcontractors that had the competency and expertise to undertake the works across multiple sites concurrently

The Result

• We worked closely with the client and stakeholders throughout
• At handover we issued O&M Manuals to ensure the client and leisure centre teams fully understood the newly installed systems
