The Brief

• We successfully won this project through a competitive tender process.

Our Solution

• The project involved construction of a new blockwork lift shaft including alteration and formation of new floor areas to allow access to the new lift lobby doors on the lower ground floor, ground floor, first levels. We had to demolish existing walls and form a fire rated lobby area adjacent to the second-floor function room to enable access to the new lift doors.
• We worked with Monk electrical to install all the associated electrics and the lift was installed by the client direct supplier KONE lifts.
• Once formed we then had to plaster and decorate the lift lobby areas.

The Result

• The works were completed on time within budget to the clients satisfaction.
