The Brief

• Hawes Construction Group was contracted to re-roof a section of the school’s roof which was leaking.

Our Solution

• This project began in the summer holidays and finished within the first few weeks of the new term, minimising disruption to students and staff.
• Every member of our team was DBS checked to ensure that they could work in a school environment.
• The site was in a confined spot and access was tight, so we worked efficiently to get around this.
• We installed new timber shingle roofing.
• We installed new guttering and downpipes, as well as decorations to external walls.

The Result

• We produced a new roof for the building which looked smart and appealing.
• The school was very happy with what we did in the timescale.
